good ass game

three small criticisms though

enemies will sometimes randomly despawn. wasn't a big deal till it happened to the final boss and it softlocked me.

non-breakable secrets have no marker as far as I can tell, I think that they probably should? I never played doom though.

the final boss' slam attack is sometimes undodgeable, the fight is still possible (on normal) and all but having a way to dodge it by jumping or something would be useful.

i know this is an ancient thread but i happened to stumble here. ahem ahem, all criticisms are cool, but i have an argument on the third; i'm pretty sure jumping wasn't a feature in DOOM, which this is based off of, i think it was only introduced in DOOM 2 or so. but yeah, having a way of evading attacks would be nice.
